Since beginning my journey with her [Laquanya], I have seen a profound shift in how I perceive myself and how I treat myself. For the first time, I feel like I’m not just surviving — I’m learning how to thrive. Laquanya has such a warm, inviting presence that immediately made it easy to open up. I feel seen, heard, and understood in a way I never have before. Our ability to relate to one another keeps me motivated to continue this important work, even when it’s hard.
