Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled through our online system or directly with your assigned clinician. We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as outlined in your service agreement.

Payment & Insurance
Ready Counseling Services accepts private pay and may work with certain insurance providers as an in-network service. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We are happy to provide invoices or superbills for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance.
